THE IMPONDERABILIA OF EVERYDAY EXISTENCE

Christmas thoughts

Since speaking to my boyfriend an hour back, I have managed to clean my room, soak some laundry, pour myself some pineapple juice and listen to Stereo hearts for the umpteenth time in the past two days. Home must be alive tonight with a dual reason to celebrate. The last time I went out, Tseten was dearly missing his girlfriend, well tonight as they party together guess who will be in absentia?! I cannot believe it has been two years already since that white Christmas in Deen. I have only gotten stronger and better post that day and I love the person I am right now.
This was actually my room-mate's effort
Tonight, for the first time in a very long time I feel unburdened, like a heavy load has been lifted off my shoulders. I can finally relax and have no thoughts invade my overworked brains because today I have finally completed the tasks I had set forth for myself for this year. Pheww. With the start of a new year, I will have yet another examination or two to sit for, unknown locales to visit and new stories to write about. I have a week to go before 2012 ushers in a whole set of new challenges but tonight I am not focusing on what lies ahead. I am simply lost in this moment, my moment. So while my room-mate participates in the midnight mass and remembers her family back home, I will be spending Christmas eve tucked under my blanket and Kev Jumba on youtube for company. That guy is seriously cute and addictive!

Merry christmas to everyone. Love, Love x
