This holiday went by at skytrain speed. This year went by at fighter jet speed. I am now back in the capital and have barely two days left to submit my first chapter. The last night was a Korean dinner affair. While the cuisine might look enticing onscreen, it didn't do much for my taste buds. Except for the barbeque, everything else was cold including the noodle and soup! So Star and I looked on as her better half gobbled down every succulent piece wrapped in lettuce leaf plus other condiments.

My best memory from the week long holiday involves sitting by a street side cafe, sipping coke and catching up with two friends from my DSkool days. What a lovely experience. I hope there is more to come as the months unfold. 2011 has been a good mix of academics and travel.
