THE IMPONDERABILIA OF EVERYDAY EXISTENCE

Back to the Capital

I woke up bright and early, feeling like the world is at my feet. It is a happy morning and I am set to travel after a gap of almost two months. Just the thought of the heat wave makes me want to cancel my tickets but I must go ahead. Post the budget this year, airfare has increased drastically therefore, this time, I have booked myself a Rajdhani ticket. There are a few deadlines I am chasing. As soon as I reach the capital I am supposed to meet my supervisor. I am scared to know what she thinks of my four chapters. Data analyses was extremely painful but I was glad to see the final tables and graphs. Now that I have to meet her for a review, I am scared she might ask me to make changes which may delay my return home. Also, I am yet to submit the final chapter i.e. the conclusion. Somehow taking up the HDR project has lessened my excitement and interest in the dissertation which is absolutely wrong. I need to find a way to balance both so that I am able to submit quality reports.

Let this trip get over and let me move on to the next item on my itinerary. June and July are going to be two hectic months. I have reports to work on, an examination to sit for and lots of travelling scheduled for the summer. Time management is crucial.
