Well today was no different. We have the permits for the Lake so we head to Pangong tomorrow. Also sneaked in some internet time followed by a lovely soup at the Tibetan Cafe. We then headed all the way to the Shanti Stupa, but instead of taking the regular route we walked up the dunes for a breathtaking view of the city down below. The evening was pleasant, and a much needed one. I got to meet an old friend from my college days. We had a small get together of sorts down by the River Indus. By the time we reached the room, it was post eleven and after hogging our dinner voraciously, we (or rather I) wasted no time in engulfing the silence of the night.
