THE IMPONDERABILIA OF EVERYDAY EXISTENCE

2012

A new year has dawned upon us. I am now sitting in the living room with a solid headache and I'm pretty sure Jacob's Creek has everything to do with it. We had a good time last night. I would have never guessed that post a year I would be dancing in the same floor, in the company of the same people (well almost!) and may I add dancing to the same music. By the time we got to RP for coffee, most of us were dozing off in the sofa. I slept as late as 5am and got up after noon. What a shameful way to start the new year.

Coming to resolutions -- I used to mentally list them out every year but this time I have none. None whatsoever. Maybe just a goal of writing more posts to keep a memory of how life has progressed over the year. I was very happy to be in good company last night. It made the journey back home every bit worthwhile. Although we all agreed that the music was a big let down, we danced nevertheless. By the time the countdown began, my excitement had been drained out.

and poof! we were transported to a new beginning which hopefully will have good things in store for the Sikkimese people. So 2012, you better shell out some memorable experiences my way so that I can fill all three hundred and sixty six pages with stories that make my life a story worth remembering. Cheers.
