The joy of being a part of academia. You get to attend many seminars, workshops, lectures etc. and all it requires is your undisputed attention. Today has been an extremely productive day. Although the beginning wasn't so great-- what with my having to wade across the inner ring road after coming to know that classes have been cancelled for the day, as night falls on this part of the world I am feeling positive about a lot of things. Tomorrow I am going to spend time with my parents. I am looking forward to cooking for them. The new green beans recipe is going to earn a thumbs up for sure. We all deserve some pampering every once in a while.
